SBDMS - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Smart Blood Donor Management System (SBDMS). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services:

Blood Donor Availability: While SBDMS aims to connect blood recipients with donors within 15 to 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee the availability of donors or the exact time frame every time.

Transportation Fare: SBDMS ensures transportation fare coverage for blood donors. Receipts must be submitted within 48 hours of donation to claim reimbursement.

Rent Return Option: Should a blood donor wish to return their transportation fare, they can choose to redirect the amount to the blood recipient. This choice will be clearly indicated in the donor's profile.

Privacy of Personal Information: We prioritize the privacy of our users. Personal information of blood donors will not be shared with third parties or the blood recipients without explicit consent from the donor.

Location-Based Donation: SBDMS will provide information on the nearest hospital for blood donation based on the donor's current location. However, donors have the right to choose their preferred donation center.

Blood Bank Information: Users can access details of the nearest blood banks. SBDMS is not responsible for the operational hours or stock availability at these blood banks.

Software Use: All blood donor groups are permitted to use the SBDMS software for free. However, commercial use or replication of our software without permission is strictly prohibited.

Free Donor Card: Upon successful registration and verification, donors will be provided with a free donor card. This card is non-transferrable.

AI Doctor Support: Free AI doctor support is available for preliminary health queries. However, this feature is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.

By using SBDMS, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
